  主要方向是开发新型高时空分辨光学以及冷冻光电融合成像仪器技术,并拓展其在细胞原位成像中的应用。

  具体而言,发展基于干涉和冷冻成像光学成像技术、冷冻光电融合体成像技术,为"细胞数字孪生"提供全景数据集,建立从高保真样品制备、高通量数据采集、图像智能处理到结构定量分析的技术体系,并将这些纳米分辨成像技术拓展应用于肿瘤免疫治疗机理、数字虚拟细胞等研究领域。
