本课题组围绕血液发育、疾病发生和药物治疗开展系统性的基础研究,主要研究内容包括:
聚焦干细胞自我更新与分化的调控网络,阐明造血稳态与再生的关键机制,为再生医学和血液疾病治疗提供理论依据。
解析血液相关恶性疾病发生与进展中的核心通路,发掘并验证新型诊断标志物和治疗靶点,推动精准医学与转化研究。
揭示耐药产生的分子基础与演化规律,探索联合用药和创新干预策略,为改善血液疾病患者的疗效和预后提供新思路。
